From my call to set up an appt., to the time we left our first appt., a very positive experience! The staff member was genuinely friendly, and extremely helpful. She made sure I had all the info. Regarding my insurance coverage, and printed me a copy of my treatment plan with my payment noted as well. Super helpful. My daughter has a bit of dental work ahead of her, and a bit of anxiety, but she said the Dr. and the Hygienist were great. Dr. Kott clearly informed me of the plan to get my daughter taken care of.
I picked this office because of the wonderful reviews. Very welcoming, efficient staff. Will definitely continue with this office for our dental needs!
